"Warranty help was a dead end"
I called twice about my warranty and got nowhere both times. The replies were slow, the help was basically no help, and it really felt like customer service didn’t care. I kept explaining the same thing over and over, and nothing changed. Just a frustrating experience all around.

"Shipping was slower than I expected"
My order sat for several days before it even shipped, which was frustrating. I wouldn’t have minded as much if there had been a clearer update or some reassurance that everything was still on track. I just kept wondering if something had gone wrong.

"Pretty easy to use, and it feels comfortable"
I ordered this from wahlusa.com, the site was easy to figure out. I found what I was looking for without having to dig around too much. The trimmer feels good in my hand too, not too heavy, and it’s easy to control. I was kind of debating whether to give it 5 stars, but checkout felt a little slow for me, so I took off one star.

"Not quite up to the standard I expected"
These clippers were fine in the beginning and got the job done, but after a few months they started pulling at my hair instead of cutting smoothly. The guard also feels flimsy, which was disappointing. I usually hold Wahl to a higher standard because I’ve had better experiences with the brand before, so I expected these to last longer. They’re not completely unusable, but for the price, I was hoping for better quality.

For my day-to-day use, the battery lasts a lot longer than I figured it would. It charges quickly too, so I’m not constantly looking for a plug, which is nice

As someone who likes handling haircuts at home, I was relieved to find the replacement blades so easily. They showed up fast, popped right on, and now my old clippers are cutting clean again like they used to

"Cuts okay, but could be smoother"
I mean, the clipper does a decent job for basic haircuts, but I found myself going over the same areas a few times to get everything even. It seemed to work better on shorter hair, while thicker spots took more effort. The blades didn’t really pull, which is definitely a plus, but I kind of expected a cleaner cut overall, you know? It’s not bad, just feels average to me...
